The quote provided is an all-inclusive fixed fare unless clearly stipulated. A necessary surcharge is applied for pickups scheduled between 23:00 (11:00 PM) and 06:59 (6:59 AM). Any such surcharge will be explicitly documented within your initial confirmation quote.
Please note: If the exit time from the airport parking barrier falls within these designated late-night/early-morning hours due to extended waiting, we reserve the right to apply the relevant additional fare. However, we want to assure you we frequently waive this surcharge in the spirit of exceptional customer service.
How is the fare determined for premium vehicles (E, S, V-Class, Sprinter Jet Class)?
Fares are variable based on the vehicle class and the engagement type. A standard A-to-B transfer incurs a fixed cost, whereas hourly 'As Directed' travel rates vary according to the premium vehicle selected. What is the cancellation policy?
Given the commitment of resources, including chauffeur slot reservation, administrative effort, and lost opportunity cost, we apply a standard cancellation administration fee to all service types: Local $\text{£}15$ / International $\text{£}25$. The administration fee will be waived if you opt to credit the remaining refund for future bookings. Refund tiers are calculated against the total fare based on notice period:
7+ Days Notice: 80% Refund
2 Days Notice: 50% Refund
1 Day Notice: 20% Refund
Less than 12 Hours Notice: No Refund
