Vehicle & Luggage Policy

This offer applies to saloon cars only, accommodating up to 4 passengers with light luggage. The maximum capacity is limited to two 23 kg checked bags and one 7 kg carry-on bag in the vehicle's boot.

Fare & Surcharges

The base fare for your journey is from £69. Please note that additional charges may apply:

 

Late-Night & Early-Morning Surcharge: A £15 surcharge will be added for any pickups scheduled between 23:00 and 06:59.

Booking Adjustments: The price may be adjusted for additional stops or excess luggage that requires a larger vehicle.

​

Airport Drop-Off & Parking: A mandatory £6 Heathrow Airport drop-off fee will be added to your fare. Parking fees for all airport pickups are charged at cost.

Booking & Cancellation

For a smooth experience, please provide complete and accurate booking information, including your correct flight number and contact details. This allows us to serve you better and avoid any unnecessary delays or charges. All standard company terms and conditions for cancellations apply.

Your Guide to a Stress-Free Pickup

We monitor your flight: We actively monitor your flight status to ensure timely service. To save money on unnecessary waiting charges, we suggest setting your pickup time for 50 minutes after your scheduled landing. We will automatically adjust your driver's arrival to align with any flight delays or early arrivals.

Delayed Arrivals: Our driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you anticipate a delay, it is crucial that you notify us immediately. Our team will make all efforts to facilitate the service, but be aware that any rebooking may incur additional charges.

​

No-Show Policy: If we are not notified and you are not present at the agreed location within the 60-minute waiting period, the booking will be considered a no-show. In this case, the driver will depart for their next assignment, and no refund will be issued.
