I have used Dinez Taxis for transportation to and from Heathrow Airport numerous times. The service is always friendly and prompt. They use text messages to inform you of where they are and there eta before pick-up. One time they picked my mother up at the airport and she did not have a cell phone and had difficulty finding where they were located to pick her up. Dinez Taxi called me concerned that they could not find her. I gave them a physical description of her and they found her straight away and even let me speak to her on their phone so I was relieved! This is truly excellent customer service and very reliable. I would highly recommend this company!
