We have just arrived home from a Once in a Life Time holiday ..Out to Venice on the Orient Express and then a cruise back around the Mediterranean Sea..16 days in all
HOWEVER
Had it not been for your excellent driver we would have missed the train at Victoria Station In London..
He turn up early so we had a good start.. but once on the M3 motorway we joined a traffic queue .there had been an accident.
it only came on the news once we joined the motorway..
The Train was due to leave Victoria Station at 9,45am .
when we left the sat nav read that we would arrive at Victoria at 8.15am,, but as we queued in traffic the time went on the miles didn't move..
I never get stressed , my wife said this is the first time in 47 years that she had seen me hot under the collar...Once clear of the accident the driver used his driving skills to dodge in and out of the traffic to arrive outside platform 2 at 9.35am ..we sat down in our seat on the train at 9.45... the train pulled out of the station ( Late ) at 10.00am
The Driver was so COOL the whole journey....
He took the cases onto the platform
we will certainly use you again if we have another once in a Life Time Holiday..

The drivers are polite and help you with luggage. They also offer you water. I have used their services several times and they have never been late. Theirs cars are pretty cool they. I had the luxury to sit in some of the more expensive cars. I definitely recommend their services. No hassle and very friendly.
