Excellent service from Dino and his team! A tree on the line meant several of us were stranded at North Camp station. Dino got us a car and organised a receipt for us so we could get to Reading and have the paperwork we needed to claim back the money!

The driver was lovely and considerate and the guy on the phone was friendly and quite helpful too. My only issue is I tried to book at 4pm for the next morning and there was a lot of faff about prepaying (fair) but then I was finally told not to bother at 9pm. It was very stressful to wait over 5 hours to know I had a taxi booked. I'm sure they are normally excellent but maybe avoid early morning bookings.
