Great service: I was kept informed who my driver would be. When he was close / when he arrived. It was an airport run.. the smoothest I have done in the UK - the driver knew a few little short cuts to skip heavy traffic on the M25 !

I booked a taxi to take me to Heathrow T3. I will not make use of this company ever again. The driver was 30min late. Booked pick-up for 3am (so no traffic to blame). I phoned him 3 times to check where he was. Tracking showed vehicle to be stationary for over 15min. Eventually couldn't track any longer as vehicle did not appear on tracking map. Driver blamed incorrect information given to him. Journey was awful. Car started making shuddering noises. Driver explained it was due to mixed fuels in the vehicle. He accelerated to 80mph to avoid the car jerking. I felt very unsafe and was already stressed up due to late arrival. I confronted him about the speeding after which he slowed down to speed limit. I arrived at airport an hour later than planned. I very reluctantly paid the £85. Although driver was friendly, I felt unsafe, nearly had to rebook with a different company due to late arrival and arrived late and super stressed at my destination. He just kept blaming his boss. If a driver breaks the law by speeding, I should not have to pay the fair at all and he should not be allowed to drive at all. Because of the above, I will never use the company again.
