The driver was very friendly, extremely helpful and so professional. He was very familiar with the city and was able to share worthwhile information with us. He even go the extra mile to make us feel satisfied from the Horizon Cruise terminal to Windsor Castle and around the city of London. He helped us arrange our ride from the hotel to the Heathrow airport. We surely would recommend the company to our friends and families.

This is our first time in London. Our cruise ship disembarkation was South Hampton and didn't realize the distance would be 2 hours to get to London. Our driver was amazing and took us on extra sight seeing showing us the back of Windsor castle before dropping us off at our hotel. Definitely found our transportation if we are ever in London again.

Excellent service - couldn’t fault the communication both with the company organising the transfer and with the driver arranging the pickup. Our driver was very polite and friendly, he had a nice clean car and offered us water, and most importantly got us home safely after a long flight. Highly recommend.
