• Validity: Valid for travel between 23 Sept 2025 and 30 Nov 2026.

• Schedule: Applicable for Monday – Friday departures (Excludes Saturdays & Sundays).

2. Vehicle & Capacity Guide

This offer is specifically tailored for our Executive Saloon Fleet, providing a smooth, cost-effective journey for small groups.

• Passenger Limit: Up to 4 Passengers.

• Luggage Allowance: * 2 x Checked Bags (Max 23kg each).

  • 1 x Carry-on Bag (Max 7kg).

• Note: If your luggage exceeds this limit, a vehicle upgrade to a 7 Seater Taxi to Heathrow will be required at a revised rate.

3. Transparent Pricing & Surcharges

We believe in zero hidden costs. Your base fare is £87, with the following mandatory or situational additions:

• Heathrow Drop-off Fee of £7 is inclusive already (Mandatory Airport Levy).

• Out-of-Hours Pickups: Please add +£10 (For bookings between 23:00 and 06:59).

• Heathrow Short Stay Airport Parking at cost (Arrivals): Charged at cost (Starts at £8 for the first 29 minutes).

• Additional Customization: Extra stops or larger vehicle requirements will be quoted upon request.

 

4. Your Stress-Free Arrival Protocol

We don't just drive; we monitor. We manage the logistics so you don't have to.

• Flight Telemetry: We track your flight in real-time. We recommend scheduling your pickup 50 minutes after landing to allow for customs and luggage reclaim.

• Complimentary Waiting Time: Your driver will wait for 60 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.

• Communication is Key: If you are delayed in the terminal, please notify us via our Live WhatsApp Support immediately to avoid "No-Show" status.

• No-Show Policy: If no contact is made within the 60-minute window, the driver must depart for their next mission, and the fare is non-refundable.

 

5. Professional Liability

While we maintain a "Zero-Fail" track record, Dinez is not liable for missed flights or delays caused by external factors such as extreme traffic congestion, road closures, or severe weather / natural calamities or war. We always recommend allowing ample travel time.
