Access to Gate B
Is there any access area to and from Gate B at Farnborough Airshow 2024?
Yes, there is access! However, it is not an official pick-up and drop-off area.
The organizers have instructed non-pass holding taxi drivers to use Queens Gate Parade along Farnborough Road in Aldershot.
To get to Gates A and B (along Trenchard Way), you will need to take a free shuttle bus from Queens Gate Parade. The same shuttle bus service will be available for your return.
RAE Road Pick up and Drop Off Area
This is an official pick up and drop off area for rushmoor licensed private car hire and black cabs. (Driver will have a special pass, this location is near Gate A and Aviator Hotel, pls ask any marshall where is Rae Road)
Farnborough Main Train Station Meeting Point
As the foreground of Farnborough Main Train Station is very busy with coaches and black cab taxis, you can actually walk upto the main road which is Union Street and book a taxi from an address in Union Street to avoid the congested station. We only mentioned this to ease the congestion at the station and you saved your time.
