The service was outstanding. Lots of communication giving details of our driver. The driver was very punctual, early in fact. Very polite and courteous. The car was of a very high standard, roomy, quiet and clean. This is the gold standard of service at a reasonable rate.

The service i received from Dinez was second to none. The communication from the start of the booking to the end was great. I was informed of the driver and a picture was sent so i knew exactly who was picking me up. Also the communication from the driver when he was waiting for me was great. I knew exactly where he was and who i was looking for when i came out from the airport terminal. I have used Dinez on several occasions and there's never been an issue. I used the company to and from Heathrow. My experience was very positive. Good communication ensuring that I know when the driver is on the way. Clear details and instructions. Comfortable ride and Ansar, who was my driver was very delightful. I would use the company again.
