You can nominate a pick-up time to reduce the parking fee (parking at cost only to be settled on the day)

FREE 45 mins waiting AFTER the plane had landed, excess is £9/15 mins (we monitor your flight and adjust if the flight is arriving early or delayed)

Driver and car details will be forwarded at least a day before, you will be updated for any changes in car/driver due to logistic, driver movement will be sent via e-mail
Payment
NEW CLIENTS - all new clients are requested to pay in advance, a secured payment link will be sent via text or e-mail
REPEAT CLIENTS - we had established business with repeat clients and they could pay when they arrive.
ACCEPTED MODE OF PAYMENTS ARE:
Debit or Credit cards including American Express (AMEX), bank credit, cash - we could process card payments ON BOARD the vehicle.
Parking / Waiting Charges
Parking is always at cost only, we only charge what is the actual parking fee
Waiting fee - we give a generous FREE 45 minutes waiting AFTER the plane had landed, excess is chargeable at £9/15 minutes for saloon cars and £10/15 minutes for the van (pro rata)
Parking and waiting charges are always settled at the drop-off
Please check your e-mail for communications
* The driver will aim to be ahead of you at the meeting point. IF he cannot get in touch with you due to whatever reasons, he will make his way to the car park at least 20-25 minutes AFTER the plane had landed (unless you have a specific instructions), we cannot stress enough the importance of establishing communications.
We aim to save some parking fees hence you will only be charged for the actual parking cost, without communication, the situation will be challenging. We will always position ourselves in such a way that your comfort or convenience is our priority.
Cancellation
CANCELLATION FEES (with admin fee of £10)
Cancelled One week before the trip - 80% will be refunded
Cancelled Two days before the trip 50% will be refunded
Cancelled One day before - 20% will be refunded
Cancelled 12 hours before the journey - No refund
